There is no one correct way to grieve. Please, do not think that you ought to do anything other than what feels appropriate to you. Don’t worry about what you think you OUGHT to be doing. If it doesn't feel correct at your core, then it isn't what you need to be doing. Do not try to do this or that to take care of other people and what they think that you need to be doing. Take c
